Celebrities, magazines and fitness icons are all big promoters, but what is it about working on your booty that is so good for you health and fitness? For girls, working any muscle (including the butt!) increases strength and helps to develop sexy curves!
For a guy it is important to have strong butt muscles to create stability and strength, and to increase testosterone levels. Working large muscle groups such as your core and glutes also helps to burn energy and fat – a good thing for guys and girls!
