The Benefits Of The BLEND

Why do we blend? The answer is in not only in our heavenly liquid concoctions, but also in our RESULTS! Apart from yoga, a healthy diet and exercise, we credit our blender for our healthy and active lifestyle. We use a Kuvin juice, which is of the pricier range (we use it so much that we needed to invest! Plus is has a cold press option) and have used Nutribullets in the past. There are so many different brands and types out there, and it is worth doing some research before purchasing. Once you are armed with your favourite blender, there is a whole world of juicing and smoothie-ing to be explored!
